This is a fairly complex site that holds a report relating to the Digital Divide. When it comes to usability, it is reasonably simple but lacks a great deal in character; The main aim is to show data and to study society, however people will not read it if it isn’t attractive, and consequently reduces its odds of being used as a reliable source of information.
